01

Who we are

This website is the public Manor Telecom website of Manor IT (UK) Limited.

References to “Manor”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Manor IT (UK) Limited unless stated otherwise.

02

Website use

The information on this website is provided for general business and service information purposes only.

You may use the website for lawful business information, enquiry and communication purposes. You must not use the website in a way that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, disruptive or damaging to Manor or any third party.

03

No automatic service commitment

Submitting an enquiry, completing the contact form, receiving an automated confirmation, or discussing requirements with Manor does not create a service agreement, interconnection agreement, CPaaS agreement, API agreement, pricing commitment or commercial obligation.

Specific service availability, pricing, routing, technical requirements, delivery commitments, commercial terms and regulatory requirements are subject to separate written agreement.

04

Telecom and platform services

International voice, messaging, Voice OTP, CPaaS, API, customer portal, billing, routing, interconnect, traffic handling or live communication services may require additional service-specific terms.

This website is not itself a customer platform, billing system, API service agreement or telecom traffic-data policy. If Manor provides services to you, separate contractual and operational terms may apply.

05

Contact form and enquiries

You must provide accurate information when submitting an enquiry. You must not submit false, misleading, abusive, unlawful, confidential third-party, malicious or harmful content through the contact form.

You must not submit passwords, API keys, platform credentials, payment card information, financial account details or highly sensitive information through the public contact form.

Manor may decline, ignore, block or delete enquiries that appear abusive, automated, fraudulent, irrelevant, unsafe or unlawful.

06

Security and prohibited activity

You must not attempt to attack, scan, scrape, overload, spam, inject code into, bypass security controls, reverse engineer, interfere with or gain unauthorised access to the website, hosting environment, contact form, backend endpoint or related systems.

Automated form submissions, bot traffic, scraping, vulnerability exploitation, header injection, payload abuse, credential submission, spam and attempts to bypass Cloudflare Turnstile or other security controls are prohibited.

Manor may use technical measures to detect, block, log or investigate misuse of the website.

07

Intellectual property

Website content, text, design, layout, branding, logo, graphics, visual assets, service presentation and related materials belong to Manor IT (UK) Limited or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may view the website for normal business information purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, modify, redistribute or commercially exploit website content without written permission from Manor.

08

Website information and accuracy

We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, error-free or suitable for your specific requirements.

Website content may be updated, removed or changed without notice. Service descriptions are general and do not override any signed agreement with Manor.

09

Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services such as Cloudflare Turnstile for security, optional Google Translate for visitor convenience, Slack or Google tools for internal enquiry handling, or external websites.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies and security practices. Manor is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside Manor’s control.

10

Translation

The website may provide Google Translate as an optional visitor convenience feature.

Translated output is not official Manor wording, may contain errors and must not be relied on as a legally binding translation. The English website content remains the reference version unless Manor separately approves an official translation.

11

Privacy

Personal information submitted through the website is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

The contact form may use anti-spam, security, rate-limiting and backend validation measures to protect the website and Manor’s systems.

12

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manor is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of, inability to use, reliance on, interruption of, or errors in the website or third-party tools linked from the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

13

Changes to the website and terms

Manor may update the website, content, contact process, security controls and these terms from time to time as the website, services and compliance requirements evolve.

The latest version of these terms will be published on this page with an updated date.

14

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Any dispute relating to use of this website will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
